Assisted STRETCHING
to elevate your life

fascial stretch therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a specialized stretching technique performed by a Certified Stretch Therapist.

FST combines different techniques including PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,) traction and rotations, passive and active stretching to enhance flexibility and mobility without causing pain. The therapist uses a variation of movements and angles to facilitate relaxation and allow the fascial tissue and muscle fibers to relax, reset and release, which allows your body to recover and flow like water.

FST is sought by professional athletes around the world, including the likes of golfers Dustin Johnson and Ricki Fowler, professional wrestler, Mark Calaway, “The Undertaker,” and many NFL, NHL, and MLB athletes. Muscle tightness, sore muscles and strains are common among athletes and by performing regular stretching, you’ll improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion, which will improve your optimal performance.
