As a farm girl raised in the country of Northern California, being active was a way of life. Whether it was repairing fencing, stacking bales of hay, as well as feeding over 150 horses and professionally taking care of racehorses for over 10 years, movement was a constant in everyday life and always requiring optimal performance of my body to complete the daily tasks.
When I discovered Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), I realized I could introduce a gift to my clients that is beneficial in enhancing their quality of life with mindful assisted stretching.
I gained my FST Certification at the Stretch to Win Institute in Arizona with FST creators/founders Ann and Chris Fredrick, completing level 1 and level 2 certifications with level 3 in the works in 2024. I work with a wide range of people seeking to increase range of motion, mobility, flexibility, as well as aid in recovery from pain and injury.
I attended Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno where I received a degree in massage therapy.
My love for movement allows me to education people about mobility and flexibility and the connection between the mind and body. My passion has grown far beyond what I could have ever imagined.
